Internet and Mail order

Our website contains information about our online catalogue. It includes all prices and a shopping cart to either buy online using the very secure online credit card system or by printing out our order form and mailing us your requirements.

Payment

Three payment methods are available to our clients:

Credit Card:  We accept Visa, Mastercard.

EFT (direct deposit):  After you confirm the order you will be provided with our account details (BSB and Account numbers).

Cheque Order:  After you confirm the order you will be given our mailing details:

Payment in full must be received before orders are dispatched. Allchlor uses the very secure paypal credit card facility.  Please allow an extra 5 days for Personal cheques to be cleared before goods are dispatched.

All prices are GST inclusive.

Delivery

Our delivery time for Australian destinations is between 2 and 4 working days depending exactly where the destination is and what your requirements are. If there are any unexpected delays we will advise you as soon as we are aware and keep you up dated with the status of your order.

Australia-wide postage will be AUD$7.95. Delivery by Fastway where available, otherwise Australia Post. Refer to the Fastway Website for exact delivery times and information.  You will received an email from us when your delivery is dispatched.  You can track the progress of your delivery using the Fastway Tracking Number that we include in this email.

Worldwide postage will be AUD$27.50. Delivery by Air mail.
